Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Columbus, OH and Central Ohio?

Yes! We offer same-day flower delivery for most local addresses when your order is placed before 12:30 PM on the requested delivery day. If you’re ordering later in the day, we’ll schedule the soonest available delivery.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Central Ohio, including Columbus and nearby communities like Worthington, Powell, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Delaware, and Lewis Center—and many surrounding neighborhoods. (Scroll to Service Area for a detailed list.)

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery times vary by day and volume. Most deliveries occur during standard business hours. On major floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), deliveries may run later due to high demand.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees depend on the destination and order size. Your exact delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We can’t guarantee exact delivery times, but we’ll always do our best to honor time-sensitive requests. If the delivery must arrive within a strict window (like before a service time), please call us so we can confirm options.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

We’ll do our best to deliver safely. Depending on the location and weather, we may leave the flowers in a protected spot, with a neighbor, or contact the recipient for guidance. If we can’t complete delivery, we’ll coordinate next steps with you.

Can you deliver to businesses, schools, apartments, or secured buildings?

Yes—please include helpful details like the business name, suite number, gate code, call box instructions, and a good recipient phone number to avoid delays.


Ordering & Changes

How do I place an order?

You can order online anytime, or call our shop for help selecting the perfect design. We’re happy to guide you based on occasion, style, and budget—whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, get well, sympathy, or “just because.”

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

Often, yes—if the order hasn’t entered design or delivery routing. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate updates.

Can I add a card message?

Absolutely. Add your message during checkout and we’ll include it with your flowers. Short, heartfelt notes are often the most meaningful.

Do you offer contactless delivery?

When appropriate, we can leave flowers in a safe spot at the delivery address. Please add delivery instructions at checkout.

Substitutions, Satisfaction & Refunds

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

We design to match the overall style, color palette, and feel of the arrangement. Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes daily, we may make thoughtful substitutions to ensure your gift is fresh, full, and beautiful.

What if I’m not satisfied with my flowers?

Please call us within 24 hours of delivery. We take pride in our work, and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been designed, prepared, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Do you offer refunds for delivery fees?

Delivery fees are typically non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made. If there’s an issue, please contact us promptly and we’ll review options.

How can I make my fresh flowers last longer?

  • Refresh the water daily (or every other day) and keep the vase clean.

Do you offer sympathy and funeral flowers?

Yes. We create sympathy flowers and funeral flowers including standing sprays, wreaths, baskets, casket flowers, and tribute pieces. If you’re unsure what to send, we can guide you with care and compassion.

Do you deliver to funeral homes?

Yes. Please include the funeral home name, address, and service information (date/time and the full name of the deceased) to ensure accurate delivery.

Can you create a custom tribute design?
