Why is the peace lily a popular sympathy plant?
Its white blooms are often associated with peace and comfort, and the plant can live for years, giving the family a lasting reminder of their loved one.
Is a peace lily safe for pets?
No. Peace lilies can irritate the mouth and stomach of cats and dogs if chewed, so it is best to place the plant out of reach of pets.
How do I care for a peace lily?
Keep it in medium to low indirect light and water when the soil feels dry. The leaves droop a little when it is thirsty and perk up after watering.
