Do you deliver Christmas centerpieces and holiday flowers?
Yes, subject to the available holiday collection and delivery calendar. Order early for corporate gifts, church flowers, party centerpieces, specific colors, or delivery close to Christmas.

Can I choose a different vase or container?
A different container may be possible depending on availability, design mechanics, delivery safety, and price. Call the shop before ordering when the container matters to you, since online notes may not be reviewed until production begins.

Where should I display a flower arrangement?
Choose a cool indoor location away from direct sunlight, fireplaces, radiators, heat vents, air-conditioning blasts, and appliances that generate heat. Avoid leaving flowers in a vehicle or an unprotected entryway.

What is your flower substitution policy?
When a flower or container is unavailable, our designers substitute an item of equal or greater value while preserving the design's overall style, theme, color balance, and visual impact. Major changes are handled with customer communication when practical.

Can you send me a photo of the finished arrangement?
Yes. Every arrangement is photographed at the time of delivery, and the sender receives an email with the photo when an email address is on file.
