Do you deliver Christmas centerpieces and holiday flowers?
Yes, subject to the available holiday collection and delivery calendar. Order early for corporate gifts, church flowers, party centerpieces, specific colors, or delivery close to Christmas.

Can you incorporate a personal item into an arrangement?
Often, yes. A photograph, keepsake, ribbon, small object, or meaningful container may be incorporated when it can be secured without damaging the item or compromising delivery. Bring the item to the shop early to discuss placement.

Where should I display a flower arrangement?
Choose a cool indoor location away from direct sunlight, fireplaces, radiators, heat vents, air-conditioning blasts, and appliances that generate heat. Avoid leaving flowers in a vehicle or an unprotected entryway.

What is your flower substitution policy?
When a flower or container is unavailable, our designers substitute an item of equal or greater value while preserving the design's overall style, theme, color balance, and visual impact. Major changes are handled with customer communication when practical.

What is your freshness or satisfaction guarantee?
We ask customers to report a quality or delivery concern promptly, ideally within 24 hours. Our team reviews the specific situation and may provide care guidance, an adjustment, replacement, refund, or another resolution based on the circumstances.
