What do different rose colors mean?
Rose color carries its own tradition: pink for admiration and gratitude, red for romantic love, and yellow for friendship.

Can I request a specific flower variety?
Yes, though a specific rose variety isn't guaranteed unless we confirm availability. Call ahead for a large order like this one, especially during peak holidays.

Why are my roses bending at the neck?
Bent-neck roses are often dehydrated. Recut the stems with a clean, sharp tool, place them in fresh water with flower food, and keep them cool.

How often should I change the vase water?
Change the water every two to three days, sooner if it clouds, and recut the stems with a clean, sharp tool each time.
