Schedule same-day delivery.

Do you deliver Christmas centerpieces and holiday flowers?
Yes, subject to the available holiday collection and delivery calendar. Order early for corporate gifts or delivery close to Christmas.

Why are my roses bending at the neck?
Bent-neck roses are often dehydrated. Recut the stems with a clean, sharp tool, place them in fresh water with flower food, and keep them cool.

Can I choose a different vase or container?
A different container may be possible depending on availability and price. Call the shop before ordering if the cube style matters to your gift.

What is your freshness or satisfaction guarantee?
Report a quality or delivery concern promptly, ideally within 24 hours, and we'll review the situation and offer care guidance or another resolution.
